Hello Students!

You have reached the home for Student Success and Writing Communication, and Multimedia Services appointment bookings. Our services are open for face-to-face and online tutoring appointments. If you are a new student, you can register for an account anytime, provided you have your @hbku.edu.qa email set up. Returning students will be prompted to update their profile information when attempting to book their first appointment for the semester. 

While the schedule is set to hour-long increments for scheduling purposes, tutoring sessions are limited to 50 minutes. You may book a one-on-one or a group session. All face-to-face appointments are conducted inside the 310 suite. If you requested an online session, please use the Zoom link provided by your tutor to be able to join the session.

NOTE: You may use ONLY your hbku.edu.qa address to register for an account.
